First and foremost, this note is to express my personal support and well wishes for you, your family, employees and for your business as we all tackle this global COVID 19 challenge. In this note I will cover the technology and operations steps we’ve taken to minimize any disruption to our service and to ensure that you have continued and direct access to me and your support team at Style Analytics.
Our offices have successfully tested a full day of working as a virtual office to ensure that we are fully prepared to support your business. As a global cloud-based software-as-a-service provider, our technology and staff is accustomed to remote operations and we are confident that we will continue to provide the same level of service you have been accustomed to.
We are monitoring the COVID 19 situation very closely and adapting as warranted upon advice of our local health offices such as the UK Government’s Guidance and the US’s Center for Disease Controls Employer Guidance.
Style Analytics has developed a series of escalating coronavirus-specific contingency plans, we have recently verified the efficacy of our disaster recovery solutions, and we are prepared to meet the demands of the coming period.
Starting Monday 16 March, only essential personnel will be in our offices and starting Wednesday 18 March everyone at Style Analytics will work remotely. All office phones are being routed to appropriate mobile numbers and any upcoming in-person meetings will be rescheduled as video conference meetings so that we continue supporting your business as closely to ‘normal’ as we can.
